Although the room we were to occupy appeared to have someone else in it, the front desk staff arranged another room into one that worked out well.

Dirty Duvet
The hotel’s location is really good! Other than that, the check-in process was extremely slow, rooms a bit small, and somewhat noisy. Before getting in bed, we noticed several stains on the duvet. We were extremely grossed out. We called front desk and they did not care much about the issue; we waited 30 minutes for a new duvet to arrived. They also told us to leave the dirty duvet on the floor (they didn’t even take it out of the room... so gross). We still remain very skeptical about the cleanliness of the sheets and the room in general.

Great hotel location, need some improvements
Beautiful hotel, GREAT location, and the room was nice. The negatives from our stay kept me from giving a better ranking. There was the severe lack of instructions for parking. The construction and one way streets made getting to the garage with a GPS 1.5 hr longer, AFTER we found the hotel, even after calling the front desk to ask for assistance. Also the garage was difficult to get in and out of with little to no help available. Secondly, after fighting traffic and the garage, it took about 30 minutes to finally check in at the front desk. Finally, the second night of our stay the heat must have been turned on as our room, and my sisters room on a whole other floor, was so hot it reached 80 Fahrenheit or 27 Celsius. We both called to ask the front desk for assistance, and they couldn’t make it cooler.
