Ok stay
The best parts of the 1 night trip was the buffet breakfast, the friendly check-in staff and the comfy bed. There were 5 of us including a toddler and we occupied 2 rooms. When we arrived, there was 1 bottle of water in each room. We were grateful for this, however, in the morning when we saw the housekeeper and asked for water for the other persons in the room, she said “you are leaving today so no more water for you.” We were very disappointed in how she responded and when asked about our trip while checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk attendant. She said the number of bottles given is based on the number of guests but when i pointed out there were 5 of us and they would have that number in our reservation, she went quiet.

Bad customer service
I was told by an unfriendly front desk representative that they did not have a record of my reservations. And after i forwarded my email confirmation from hotels.com to her, she then told me that the reservation was not transferred over to their system and they were fully booked and transferred me to a down graded hotel next door without giving me a refund. I did not make a fuss about it because it was late and i was tired and at the time believed the story until the next day my niece checked in and was told a similar story.
