Don’t book if you have a family
There was a lot of construction going on which we were not made aware of. The pool was not open, the parking situation was just ridiculous, and trying to get into the hotel after parking was like a maze. I will never return to this hotel.

I brought my grand kids to the Children's Museum. We had a wonderful stay. Found out at check in they don't take cash at check in, but they were very quick accommodate . The only bad thing was the construction around the hotel seemed to go inside the hotel, as they were working on escalators, swimming pools, and there was no hot tub, even though it was mentioned on website. The hotel is in walking distance of a lot of attractions. All in all it was a great experience.

Several downers stained this visit
Room was not available at check-in time, but became available an hour later, after we had gone to an evening engagement. We had to check our bags at the front desk and change into evening clothes in the lobby bathroom. Our only special request was for a room with no feather bedding, but the room did have feather bedding. Housekeeping had to change out the pillows, but the non-feather pillows were uncomfortable. Shower door would not stay closed. French toast at the free breakfast was tough, hard to cut. Probably should have ordered a made-to-order omelet.

Pool Area - Sub Par
Hello there, were traveling as a family quick getaway. The breakfast and happy hour amenities were amazing! The pool area was TERRIBLE, the hot tub area was under construction which was no big deal for us but the peeling paint was an eye sore, there were ZERO towels even after notifying staff but the condition of the area around the pool was hazardous! Of course a pool area will be wet but the entire deck of the pool area was covered in nearly an inch of water, VERY VERY easily causing a slipping hazard! I normally do not complain but just watching the little ones trudge through it and an elderly couple that had their grandchildren there made me nervous if they were to take a spill.
