Surprisingly Disappointed
First, there was an empty bottle of shampoo and a half bottle of conditioner. When I asked for a bottle I was told the hotel could charge the employee by the unit given out. What? I’ve stayed in many Embassy’s over the past year not to mention years across the country and this has never been the case. In fact, all others have been more than happy to assist. My favorite being the Woodlands, Texas.
Second, there was a dirty sock and empty pill package under the desk and two long black hairs in the bathroom. The elevators smelled like weed. Gross!
Finally, at check in I felt as though I was an inconvenience as a customer and whatever they were doing behind the desk on their computers were more important. I understand a hotel is a busy place, but acknowledgement to myself and other customers would be nice.
The breakfast was as expected at Embassy and the comfort of the room was right on in accordance to the brand Hilton desires to have.
