Exceptional10.0
Extremely helpful staff
We were impressed by the staff's willingness to make our stay a very pleasant experience. We had made a reservation for dinner on 4/7 at 8pm. The staff was very attentive yet still allowed us to enjoy our evening. I had also requested a taxi the next day at 5:45 am and the staff made sure we were ready and introduced us to a very lovely gent of a taxi driver.

Elegant, quiet place
Great location to walk to many tourist spots, but on a quiet street. Rooms were small but spotless. Staff was great. I felt comfortable walking around the hotel and the area by myself. I would skip the hotel brunch and walk to the many cafes within a few blocks.
