Winter Classic Weekend
Stayed here for the Winter Classic at Busch Stadium, everything was perfect for it being such a busy weekend. Parking was convenient, front desk was more than helpful, and onsite food/bar options were great. Would definitely return in the summer time for another visit to Busch Stadium.

Great location for downtown stay
Perfect stay for the Winter Classic. The hotel was in terrific condition and the service level high. Good bar with a couple of good restaurant choices. Close to other restaurants and walking distance to Busch Stadium. The only cons were parking (offered valet only at $36/day) and the room wifi limited you to 2 devices. Considering it's common for people to have two or more each (phone, tablet, laptop), only allowing 2 per room that sleeps 4 is not enough.

Hyatt did the service right only at a second try
When we arrived, the bathroom sink and shower were not clean. There was even a sock on the floor from the previous guest. We called the front desk. They send someone to re-clean it. When we drive out of the self parking garage, they did not register our room key card correctly, which caused us to be stuck in front of the exit gate. I had to call the front desk from my car. They corrected it and we were able to get out. I have to mention that when we checked, I specifically asked them to make sure to do the self parking and the lady acknowledged it. The next morning we went to the breakfast. The waiter' name was Marlon, who is an Asian with a slight foreign accent. He is the rudest waiter I have met for a very long time. He is acting out of way to be rude as if we must be bad tipper. The season I mention him being Asian is because we are Asians too. When I asked him for anything, he would do it, but without saying a word to me. When I say "thank you", he would not say " you are welcome". In fact, he would say nothing, not even look at me, but just left. Years ago when I was in college, I did 3 years of waitering. May be Asian customers are not the best tippers, they are usually not the worst tipper either, but regardless of that it is unfair to pre-judge the customer and treat them rudely. I personally always tip generously. I tipped Marlon $5 before I even finished my meal. All a sudden, he turned to be so nice, friendly and warm like a different person. He is a total snob.
