Kidless weekend getaway.
Crystal at check in was friendly and accommodated us when I asked for quiet side of hotel for our kidless getaway weekend. Room was big spacious and clean! Every staff member we saw smiled and how our stay was. Powdered Sugar restaurant was cozy! The whole hotel I found to be very clean. Only downfall was a frat and sorority stayed the same weekend and were so noisy but not the hotels fault. Although right on bourbon we didn’t hear much street noise.

Centric Disappointment
This is usually our favorite property while visiting NOLA and honestly every city we visit, Hyatt is our go to resort. Unfortunately, some of staff, specifically in the bar were extremely rude and targeted a particular person in our group. As a World Of Hyatt member I expected more from this organization and it’s staff. A very disappointing trip to say the least.

Weird Stay in New Orleans 2019
Woke up to strangers banging on my room door!! Called the front desk who said they would send up security, etc. Needless to say, Security never came to my room. Then, witnessed housekeepers spitting in the hallway outside my room. Disappointed and disgusting to say the least!! Made a complaint to the front desk manager. She said she would address the issue ASAP. Not very professional atmosphere to say the least. Then, while I was checking in, a hotel guest stepped in front of me to ask the reception lady questions. Just not sure I would return to this hotel in New Orleans.

Horns beat the Dawgs
New Year’s Eve was very noisy. We stayed on Canal Street side because our room was already given out. Moved to a courtyard room and the stay was very peaceful.
