Not a great stay.
Booked for 2 nights. arrived & were given rm107. Downstairs & into a basement like area. The door looked like it should be on a garage & not a hotel room. We opened the door to warm air rather than cool AC air on a 37c Kelowna day. We tried to turn the AC up but it was either locked or broken. The room was not inviting at all. Charcoal wallpaper, dark carpets & one ceiling light & one lamp. We had just been at the beach all day so we all took showers. There was a bathroom fan. It seemed to be working as I could hear it. But the fan didn’t do anything for the condensation. It was dripping from the ceiling. We left for the evening. Left the AC on and fan on in the bathroom. We came back about 4 hours later. The room was no cooler & the bathroom was still very wet from the condensation. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room. At that time there wasn’t any. She said there would availability in the morning. We had an uncomfortable hot sleep. Next morning I went to the front office. They said my luggage would be moved to another room. Ready around 3-4 pm. We left for the day & came back around 5. To my shock the manager said my stuff had not been moved because they were sold out. I continued my conversation at reiterated that I would not spend another night in 107. AC hardly works, bathroom doesn’t have ventilation, the ceiling was bubbling and my wife found black mold on the tub baseboards. After 20 mins a room was found. Not a great stay.

Wouldn't Stay Here Again Even For Free
The worst hotel I have stayed in ever. First and foremost if you have kids, there are no elevators on the 3rd floor. Shower curtains don't seem to contain the water inside. If you want the room cleaned, it got to be booked on your second night stay. They told me cleaning the room is fully booked. I asked if we can get new towels and said if it is possible if I leave the used ones in the tub, they said, no. I have to take it out side the room. The swimming pool ran out of towels, while I was swimming. Called them and they told me to get them at the reception area. I said, do you want me to drip all over your lobby floor? Room looked worn down, and bathroom tiles looked dirty. My door keys needed to redone and they couldn't get it right the first time. Lastly if you stand at the microwave/coffee machine, you can get slammed by the people opening the door to the toilet. The area is very small, and the door opens outward. Please please think twice before booking this hotel. This hotel is worthy of a 0 star rating and that is being generous.

Not for $200 a night …. Pay $100 tops
The hotel had no elevator had to carry my luggage up a fight of stairs . Bed was rock hard and pillow equally as hard. . Air conditioner never did cool down the room and it was plus 37 out that day. Gym had old equipment that didn’t work properly and no AC. This place is good for a midlife of $80-100. Not the $200 I paid . On a positive staff was friendly and check in was fast . Parking was close . Room was clean.

Will not stay again
Well, where do I begin? When I was checking in, the lobby was a sweat box, No AC. I noticed a sign on the check in counter saying that the tower is be experiencing intermittent hot water outages. This was not the case, no hot water for 3 days. Also, - Lobby and elevator floors in the tower rarely cleaned, absolutely filthy. - A noticeable amount of dust on the furniture in my room. -Blinds in my room, housing bracket was bent so bad it would fall off you tried to lower or raise up. -Room TV stopped working, very old TV. Eventually a TV was brought to the room -1 of 2 elevators in the tower stopped working -No hangers in closet to hang up dress shirts. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel when I am in Kelowna.
