My room had no heat and it was cold. The maintance man came and the heat couldnt be fixed nor was there no room available
Awesome hotel. Was under construction (being updated) but the it was nice. Loved the rooms. Was perfect for what we needed!
Easy access to interstate and surrounding stores. Rooms were very nicely clean except the bathroom. Bugs in the sink. Hot water constantly running in the bath tub. Sheets on the king size bed very poorly assembled. Hot tub out of order. The pool and a deep layer of scum around the pool edge. No towels at the pool - had to ask for them. Only one elevator was working. I realize that the hotel was under construction - so I understand some of the inconveniences. Not happy about bugs in my sink every day and the dirtiness of the pool.
Updated room had a modern feel. Renovations were ongoing but will be great when done. Staff was accommodating during stay. Pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. Never towels. Grimy hot tub. Overly slick floor. Chilly water and air temp.
This location is under construction & they will not tell yu that over the phone or online. I had to find out after flying there. A heads up was too much to ask ? My asthma flared due to saw dust
They were remodeling, that is the only thing that was wrong.
Room was nice and quiet. Hotel is undergoing renovations in the lobby which on weekdays means drilling from about 8am. But overall a good stay and value for money. Staff always very nice and helpful.
Even though the hotel was under the staff did a great job of meeting our every need. The breakfast was hot and fresh.
The staff was amazing! The hotel itself was undergoing MAJOR CONSTRUCTION. The staff had on hard hats, barely areas to walk, drilling started early, and there was so much construction dust it was thick in the air and you couldn't see through it. We are all for updating but this was a hazard to the guest and in no way relaxing.
Hotel has a MAJOR construction project underway. Working 7-7. Loud and dusty! Breakfast and evening social in a side conference room with 2 tables. Would have never stayed here if I’d known. Must give hotels .com the small corner rooms as we had 2 rooms and they were in same location with one a floor above the other. Maybe nice when done but not now.
