Fair 4.0
Check in was really slow and the directions with all the construction was very poor. Plus an additional $50 was charged to my card for unknown reasons. I had less problems at the Motel 8 down the street.

Exceptional 10.0
Great quiet getaway on a normal day.
We showed up a couple days before the 4th and it was amazing. Very quiet not a lot of people and very clean/covid aware with sanatizer available and contactless interactions. However (and this is to be expected) the 4th brought all kinds out of the woodwork and the place was packed to the gills, parties in some rooms, unmasked, but nonetheless quiet considering. The partying could have been way worse. When I walked my dog the following am the ground floor outside was a mess and trash piled up which was quickly remedied. We plan on returning next week when it won't be a holiday for a quiet time with one another and our dog (which is a huge plus the hotel is dog friendly). During covid it's important to be safe, on a normal day it feels they distance the guests and interaction with others is limited. The rooms are clean and comfortable with balcony's to take in morning coffee. All and all I would suggest on an off day for a quiet get away. The 4th couldn't be helped, it was the guests who made that particular day less than great in which we stayed inside to avoid others and not lose our parking as the plenty large lot was completely filled to the point guests had to circle the lot in hopes another would leave so they could park. Aside the madness of the 4th which was hardly the hotels fault (accept if it were me I'd purposely only fill the hotel at minimum capacity but they have to make a profit I get it). It seemed on the 4th the guests forgot there was a pandemic.

Exceptional 10.0
Town and Country is undergoing a major renovation. Their facilities are not as described because of it. When the renovations are done I would love to return. It was close to Sea World and old Town and a really nice place to stay. The costumer services were also great

Exceptional 10.0
Great staff, room was very clean, bed was really comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the whole hotel was being remodeled, so it looked pretty trashy from the outside. I'd definitely visit again, once the remodeling in finished

Exceptional 10.0
It was a nice place to stay
Michelle, us1 night trip
Good 6.0
We needed drink glasses in the room, as they forgot to place them when cleaning. Nobody would answer the phones, we went to the restaurant and there was no server or bartender, so we walked a block to get to the temporary front desk. The attendant said it was busy, although there wasn't anyone around. Also, a resort fee for no services other than that of a budget hotel. Also, very loud construction noise.

Exceptional 10.0
Better than the pictures depict.
The room was bigger than I expected. I hope the price stays the same when then the construction is finished. I'm excited for them to see what the finished product will look like.
Melchizedek, us1 night trip
Poor 2.0
Worst stay I’ve ever had.
The room was dirty, no curtain for the shower. The sink was clogged and kept throwing out dirty piles of food.

Very Good 8.0
Great views. Very comfortable
We had a great stay! The only thing was it kind of confusing to find the hotel (it’s at the convention center). And the parking was a bit of a hassle but I understand they’re upgrading the entire area. The bed was so comfortable!
