Beware!
Our family stayed at Residence Inn for 10 days. Check out is at noon and our international flight was not till the evening . Therefore we have asked the hotel if they can take care of our suitcases for the 3 hours so we don't have to rush out to the airport. When we returned back to the hotel one of our bags was gone. Oddly , it was a suitcase that had our new purchased clothes and a electronic. All our other bags with our dirty clothes were returned to us. This bag was targeted , purposely stolen! An employee of the hotel had tip someone. Anyway it is now almost 3 weeks since the accident and we haven't seen anything from the hotel. They had apologize but without any form of compensation - NOTHING. I understand that these things can happen but the hotel should take responsibility and show care for their guests. Therefore I don't recommend staying here as if something goes awry they will not care about you. On top of it, their staff can't be trusted as the suspicious points on one of the workers there. Why a suitcase with the most valuable staff was missing from all our bags?
