The Rubens At The Palace, London
Highly recommend
Hotel is a proper English hotel. Beautifully renovated. They paid attention to every detail except there was no where to put toilet paper roll in bathroom. Royal King with view of the news offers nice view. Rooms are a bit smaller than what we are used to in the US. Restaurants and bars have wide selection and service is outstanding. Front desk staff concierge doorman bellhop. Everyone makes you feel special.

Wonderful London visit
Our room was small, but very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Would definitely recommend for proximity to Buckingham Palace and Victoria tube station. Very easy to get to entirety of London from there.

Very Good8.0
Lovely front desk staff and overall a great stay. The only downside was the bed was a little lumpy and found we rolled into the middle.

The Rubens At The Palace, London
The hotel was just a short walk from the Victoria Underground Station making it easy to reach other parts of London and just a short walk from Buckingham Palace and other attractions nearby. Alice helped us check-in and the next day she even remembered my friend and I and asked how our day in London was and what we did. Great service , great location and great rooms. Definitely recommend.
