Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but up there
The service at the front desk was slow, but they were kind and helpful to me. Some of the rooms are great - updated and modern, ,and them some are old and run down - my friend's had duct tape holding the carpet in place. There are feral cats everywhere. There are no stairs to the second floor so if you have a hard time with stairs get a bottom floor. The food is meh, and two of our people found a bug in the food. It's basically an old shoddy apartment complex renovated as a hotel. or that's how it seems. The convention space had a open ceiling tile leaking into a trashcan. We had a two story crown king. It was OK - the couch pull out bed was HORRIBLE. Lumpy and springs poking out. The shower refused to use cold water so they were hot showers. I won't stay here again, but for being there a week and not having to pay a fortune it was OK.

Perfect location and big space
Good price, perfect location across hard rock hotel. Big space 600 sq ft. Wood floors throughout so it feels very clean. Big shower tubs, look updated. Brings mini microwave and mini fridge which is perfect. 2 tvs inside the room and licing room. Staff let us check in 2 hrs ahead and we are at first floor which we appreciate alot. Top floor u can hear alot of stamping, for a little bit not good insulation on the ceilings. Plenty of parking, well lit. Only thing i dont like is bed too high and not hard. But overall will stay again because of location and price and the big space of the hotel.

Horrible experience
The bed we had the first 2 nights was extremely hard and uncomfortable. AC and cable were not working and when we requested to get a new room we had to wait until 4pm to receive a new room. Aside from waiting to get a new room I had to call and request it for a second time because nobody even bothered to help us move to the new room. Pretty disappointed about this room transfer even more because I had mentioned to the front desk that we had somewhere to go and even then they took too long to bring us a key. Oh! and being that I'm out here during the summer the third pool was disgustingly dirty, the second one was closed, but I give them a thumbs up on the first pool, so I don't know why they bother charging additional resort fees and resort tax fees if they can't even maintain the pools and rooms. This is my second time staying at this resort and definitely won't be coming back again.
