False information on pet fees
Hotels.com is giving out false information on their site about this hotel and others concerning the pet fees. This happened to us twice in the past month. They say the fee is one price but when you arrive the hotel has a higher price. At that point you just have to pay it because the booking is non refundable. Although Hotels.com is responsible, the individual hotels should be aware of how they r being represented and insist that adjustments on the site be made. The hotel apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I will no longer be using Hotels.com and will call all hotels directly to assure that I’m getting the correct information.

It was a pleasant hotel experience. Check in was good. Room was clean. No smells. Shower was hot. They had plenty of soap, shampoo and lotion. Beds were comfy. TV worked well. Breakfast was ok. They had a wide variety of options, but don't restock when they run out of some of them. There was only one waffle maker so there was a long line for using it (that was my biggest disappointment-i didn't want to wait half an hour for a waffle). Check out was easy. I'd definitely stay here again.
