Be aware that this hotel is under full renovations
The entire hotel is under construction. No restaurants or bars are open. They try to accommodate by having a continental breakfast and evening wine on the second floor. Would have been nice to know that the hotel is totally under renovations.

Travel costs are increasing!
The HVAC filter that are located in each room have not been replaced for some time, years. The hotel looks to be having issues with care and upkeep due to the high cost of taxes in the state of MA. The property was a Ritz Carlton some years ago. The staff was friendly and solved two issues fast and with little pain. Beds are rock hard and pillows are large. Restaurants in the area are increasing menu prices due to the min wage rate - eating at higher priced locations like Legal Sea foods and Ruth Chris were a much better deal than mid priced CPK or cheesecake all location were near $30 a plate. Value for the money - should have gone to NYC or Vegas - could have gone to Paris for the same price.
