I don't know how the staff is selected or trained but I've never had as good an experience from so many. They have a lot of staff and all intelligent, helpful, respectful and friendly. The people are outstanding.

Amazing Place
Great ambience. I particularly enjoyed the live music at the lobby everyday which was so relaxibg. The place itself with its cathedral ceiling and Filipiniana themed decor is really magnificent. Thank you for givibg me the opportunity to experience this famius hotel in Manila. I will definitely recommend it and will come again on my next visut to the Philippines.

The Manila Hotel, Manila
The receptionist couldnt find our room reservation. She keep insisting we dont have reservation. I gave her my reservation numbers , i paid our rooms in full cash online. She made us wait for more than one hour, we came from a very long flight abroad and we are expecting to be welcome by our hotel but it didnt happened! The frontdesk name KC was very rude . After more than one hour she found our reservations, i asked her what seems to be the problem why she didnt find it in the first place . She did not answer my questions. She keep ignoring me And did not even apologize I will never come back to this hotel

No parking space
Overall still a good hotel. Food is very good and people warm. They have updated their restaurants. But parking space a very serious problem
