Quito quick vacation
The location was good for seeing the artisan craft and the park. The staff was very helpful including helping with transfers to the airport and taxis to where I wanted to go.

Great staff and hotel and location
The first night there (wed night June 21, 2017) I was on the 2nd floor right above the main entrance. I could not sleep due to the loud traffic that did NOT let up at all as the wee hours came upon. :( I am a light sleeper, but the cars and motorcycles driving by would rev their engines or have those noise things on their exhausts that made the car even noisier. You heard everyone talking outside the entrance too. The next morning I asked to be moved to any room just as long as it was away from the road and someplace quiet. By that evening they had moved me to the 5th floor facing the roof top of the interior of the hotel. It was QUIET!!! My other friends who had their own room they had given them a tiny room when they had paid for the upgraded deluxe room with sofa and chair sitting room. So they too were able to relocate to their deluxe room the next day too. They do not tell you, but you are only allowed 2 bottles of water per room per day, when the website stated free bottled water. So friends who had more than 1 person in a room and requested more bottled water were charged but they didn't find out until check out. They really should state that in the room and make that clearer on the website. Other than that the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and I would stay there again just request a quiet room away from the street that never goes to sleep. :) They were in walking distance to great restaurants and markets (crafts/food).
