Overall the hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great! The breakfast had a lot of options! There were stains on the couch and in the carpet from past guests. The room could use some updating. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

6/10 Good

I think they must be short staffed. The breakfast was under-whelming to say the least. The coffee was out and when they filled it up it was not as hot as you would expect it to be. The napkins needed refilling, tables needed cleaning, and the food items need to be replenished. The room was clean and the staff was friendly but the hotel itself was not was I was expecting it to be for a Hyatt. We did not use the fitness center or the pool so I can't comment on those.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Our room was good for the most part, but open or crack the window. The Ac was a wall unit and was very loud which made it hard to rest peacefully. We did find a great place across the parking lot though that had great food and service.
