The Imperial Hotel, Blackpool
The manager was extremely negative and rude, the room was dirty and very hot. Feral cats were making a racket every night outside our window, and it was difficult to sleep.

The Imperial Hotel, Blackpool
Overall - it feels like hotel that has been allowed to go to seed and no longer kept up. The room was pretty gross with what looks like bodily fluid stains on the chairs, bedding covers and drapes. My husband went down to ask a question at the front desk and stood there for a long time because the manager was reviewing something with the staff and no one could help a customer while he was talking. They also argued with him when he asked for a room service menu because we didn’t have one. In general- what used to be a gorgeous hotel that management doesn’t care about any more. I would stay away.

Nice but no AC or fans
Nice accommodations. No safe in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Weather turned quite warm and because there is no AC, many guests were requesting fans. Not enough to satisfy the guests. They had a waiting list.... the hot temperatures and little air circulation in the rooms made it hard to sleep.

Had nice stay at the Imperial. Located right on the promenade. Walk was somewhat far, from Central Station. Trolleys and taxis are available. Probably best hotel in Blackpool. Even the Beatles stayed here ! Great breakfast with Bacon, Ham, Sausage. Nice Victorian hotel. Hallways are very reminiscent of the hotel in The Shining. "Hello Danny"

Friendly and excellent food.
Food was excellent, absolutely superb, every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, happy and helpful. The room was a little tired but overall we would certainly stay again but would make sure this time we avoided the children's half term holiday .
