Not too many amenities. Took us the next day to find the WiFi router after the Operartor told us it doesn’t come with WiFi. Laundry room door didn’t have a knob. We had to use a butter knife.

Decent place.
This was a good stay overall. The condo was in decent shape aside from a few problems. The handle for the front screen door kept falling off. We only figured out the cable tv arrangement after 4 days. Instructions for the tv as well as a WiFi connection somewhere on the fridge or side cabinet would be greatly appreciated.

Horrible! Do not book here! Hotels.com still haven’t given me my refund after 2 weeks of me not staying there. The manager Rose approved refund but Hotels.com have been given my husband and I the run around and have not refunded our money.

Nothing unique about the property. Below average. Looked like an old apartment complex that had been renovated. Carpets were stained and paint and furniture outdated. Had to pay to park on the property which should be included and also had to pay for house keeping. Ridiculous. Maintenance came in without notification

Beware!!! Gulf Highlands-#158 Says 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. That’s Incorrect. It’s 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. Incorrect check in information. Very inconvenient. App didn’t work to unlock the door. The condo was dirty. The cleaning fee is 135$. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. Honestly this looks like it was empty and they ran to the nearest goodwill/thrift shop and just bought random items to fill the space. None of the furniture matched. The furniture was very stained. Holes in the wall, broken door on the only shower, broken things on the wall, no batteries in clock, the tub drained so slow and had to be plunged several times. There were 3 plungers next to this tub. The toilet handles had to be held down and didn’t flush on the first pull. Toilets kept clogging. The LVT floors downstairs had just been installed and there were remnants of construction around. The walls were stained and obvious signs of leaks. Mold on counter in kitchen and bathroom. Under the sink is rotten and falling in. Thankfully the washer & dryer are located outside the back door bc they were loud!! The plumbing in the wall was very loud with any water running. NO head boards. 5 towels, 2 rugs, 4 washcloths in the whole place. No hand soap, no dish soap, no trash bag, nothing. We did not get to see this place before we paid, we would have NEVER chose this 2k for the week and No one has contacted me. Zero communication. I have photos. We were ultimately embarrassed.

Resort Collection is a poor rental company.
Resort Collection is a terrible company to use for property management. The townhouse was dirty upon arrival. The check in was 3.5 hours late. The hot and cold water were backwards on the kitchen sink, the kitchen faucet was not attached to the handle, it was in the sink. The rear screen door was not on and the screen was destroyed. We found drugs under a seashell in the bathroom. The AC was extremely loud and never shut off the entire time. Every remote was missing the batteries. The blinds were all tore up throughout, the dishes were dirty, there was clumps of detergent all over the house. It took 3 days to get the wifi password. The staff at checkin was rude, the staff when called about the wifi lied. I got the wifi password from a neighbor. I have rented vaca rentals all over the US and this was a minimally appointed townhouse. Gulf Highlands is a great resort and the neighbors are awesome. Resort Collections is a mediocre at best Management company. Resort collections hid es behind a million excuses as why they cant do something. After being at the complex a few days we realized that each home is independently managed. Do your research and contact Gulf Highlands directly and steer clear of any property managed by resort collections.
