Decent Stay
Decemt stay, attention should be given to the cleanliness of the carpet and room

A last minute, one night business trip to DC at the height of graduation season forced me to spend much more than I usually would. But nice staff and great neighborhood— I’ll try to get back again.

It was good- only downfall was trash still under sink/in garbage/recycle from last guests.

Not bad but could be better
Spacious room but a bit worn. Bathroom could use some renovation; adequate but dated. Electrical plugs and extension cords were just shy of a hazard. Otherwise a quiet room and location. PS - elevators needed a good cleaning.

Lots of pros, couple of cons.
The room was large, comfortable, and clean with an amazing bed. Many nice touches in the kitchenette and bathroom - lovely toiletries, coffeepot w/ beans and grinder, etc. I was only staying one night so didn't really make use of the kitchenette but it is fully equipped with a large refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave, and dishes/cutlery. Two issues were bothersome: first, the furnishings and curtains showed their age. When I attempted to open the balcony curtains the wand fell off the rod and was unable to be reattached as the screw had stripped. No biggie, but the rooms could use updating of chairs, curtains, etc. Second issue was the noise of constant ambulance sirens going to the nearby hospital - and I mean constant, for hours. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but not optimal for peaceful sleep. I'm ambivalent about staying there again - staff were super friendly and accommodating, bed was great, but but but...the noise.
