Hotel was undergoing internal renovation / construction at time of stay. We were not notified about this until we got to our room and a saw a written note (although we definitely heard it as soon as we got off the elevator). We inquired about changing rooms twice, and each time we were told that they would call us back, however they did not and we had to call back. We visited the front desk and they finally found us a room that was unaffected by the construction noise (third room attempt). All three rooms were somewhat dated, so you can see why they are undertaking renovations. That said, the service and qualith was not what you would expect from a “5-Star” hotel.
