Great stay.
I really enjoyed this hotel. The only real drawback was that the temperature control was a challenge...the heater made it too hot, and without it, the room was too cold. Hopefully they can add digital temperature controls at some point. The theming was cool, the staff exceptionally helpful. There was too much furniture in the room, so I asked to have some of it removed during my stay and they were cool about it. The lobby was a great place to have meetings, and there are so many convenient places nearby...great location.

inacceptable experience/ inappropriate language
a cleaning stuff member just yelled at my son accusing him of not being a customer while returning back to the hotel ! I can understand security process but definitely being rude, and held security check in an inappropraite manner upon a minor is just an inacceptable experience ! Fix up your mess.

$200 a Night?
It’s def NOT worth $200 a night that’s for sure. Water in shower was not hot at all, and the “hall light” was a motion light so it randomly would go off and on off and on. That made getting ready to go out a nightmare. Decent location to plenty of activities. Still not worth what he had to pay.
