4/10 Fair

It was a staycation for my husband and I. Just wanted to relax order some movies and swim. Had constant trouble with the room key not working to get into the pool and couldn't watch a single move due to the tv not working. We called the front desk and it took about 45 minutes before someone got to the room. They got it to work after 30ish minutes then quit working 5 minutes later. The room smelled as if it wasn't cleaned properly it was very musty. We have stayed at this hotel before and never had issues until now. It was very disappointing

No bueno
Overall bad experience. You would think it being an embassy that things would be help to a higher standard. Within our group (8 couples) 6 people rooms had moldy ceilings, ours was cracked (photos), carpets were dirty. I understand you can’t control who stays at your hotel but kids running up and down the halls banging on people’s doors at all hours of the night is a little unacceptable. Cleanliness is something you can control. For how much I paid for a 2 night stay I was better off staying at a holiday inn or something for 1/2 the price.

Never again
The front desk people that checked us in did not tell us about wifi or thay you had to have a special pool key. The hot tub had gross bubbles in it. I would say we were in there less and 5 mins. The toilet was loosefrom the floor and ran during the night. To top it off, the curtains had dripping blood satins on thwn that looked like something from a crime scene. Luckily we did not spend time in our room other than to sleep. We were super disappointed. Definitely not worth the money. They did comp us 1/3 of the price was all. We will definitely not stay there again.

8/10 Very Good

The parking of the hotel was overpriced and crowded. The hotel room was nice but overpriced as well. Probably because of the weekend that we picked. Breakfast was mediocre.

Not organized
The check in was great! The only thing that bothers me is the pool area. The first pool with down which means the other pool is good but limited. It was packed with so many children and families trying to take turns to use it. I could not enjoy the hot tub because the children was jumping and swimming in the hot tub. I felt the hot tub is a danger to children due to the temperature and their size of the body. I wished there’s a rule for no children in the hot tub and it does bother those who want to relax and quietness in the hot tub from a long day. And what’s horrible about the pool area and the people and kids used the towels and throw them on the floor. Wished they have a hamper for wet and dirty towels to keep the pool area clean. And lastly, the room was nice. Since I am deaf, the closed caption on the TV in the living room was garbled so I could not enjoyed the movies and the TV was very old. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all. No movies or TV shows would come on so I had to watch movies on my phone or iPad to relax. And the fridge were not cold at all but was full of freezer ice build up and that is what kept out cold foods cold. I wished I knew there’s no free parking but had to pay $21 to use the parking to park my car. I went over my spending limit as a small family just for one night which did not go as expecting.
