Absolutely disgusting
Our room was dirty. It had squished bugs on the walls, hair all over the pillows and shower and everything was covered in a layer of dust. We called the front desk for 4 fresh pillow cases (the others looked clean). 2 1/2 hours later and 4 phone calls and a worker finally showed up with two pillows that had the same amount of hair on them and looked to be used. At that point we were exhausted and just went to bed, discarding the pillows we couldn’t use due to no pillowcases and the two just brought to us after 2 1\2 hours, onto the floor. We have stayed here many times over the years but after this last stay and the service we received (or didn’t), we won’t be going back and will be sure to let all of our family, friends and coworkers know not to stay there as well. As someone who is very familiar with housekeeping, this room was disgusting and this hotel should be ashamed at the staff that was in charge of taking care of this room and their guests.

Customer Service ruined the trip
My toilet overflowed on the first flush. I called down to the front desk and someone was there right away to "fix it". There was standing toilet water on the floor so I asked for another room. The front desk clerk seemed very put out that I was asking?! She replied that "he fixed it right?" I showed her a picture on my phone of the water all over the floor and said that this is how it was left (picture with my review). She said "ok" when I asked again for another room. She then said I had to return the first room key before she could give me another room. I said I didn't want to bring all my luggage back down to the front desk and I didn't want to leave my luggage in the hallway. She said that I "could leave my stuff in my friends room." Well, I was traveling with an employee, not my friend, so that's why they get such a poor rating. There are several ways that this could have been handled and the way it went down was wrong. She could have walked with me holding the second key and we could have swapped after I got my luggage. She could have given me the second key and I could have returned it after the move. Lots of options that I probably am not even thinking about. After I got into my new room, it was fine. But the overall customer service was not what anyone wants to deal with. I get that toilets overflow. But they could have helped me and not put this on me.

Charged for a late. He k out but never checked In.
We were unable to make our stay due to a flight cancellation due to weather… but you still charged us for a pet fee and a late check out request. We never checked in. Your hotel itself is great, love the restaurants, and it’s always clean and comfortable. Your customer service is always a bit lacking. I knew this particular trip would be iffy due to weather recently - but no one was willing to move the reservation to a future date because we were passed the 24 hour cancellation period. And that sucks for someone who only stays at your hotel.

Wonderful hotel
Very nice hotel, quiet and comfortable beds. Good location. It came with free breakfast, but we had to ask for the vouchers. Front desk workers weren’t very friendly. I do highly recommend this hotel and their restaurant.
