    The room was so small I couldn’t even wheel my luggage out so I had to pick it up & turn it sideways. The bed was horrible, the AC didn’t work properly & the bathroom was dirty. I never complain on here but I was disappointed. For the past 3 months I’ve been traveling throughout Asia & all of my rooms have been nice but this was a disappointment.

    Good location

    They upgrade my room since we have a kid and we need to sleep together. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is super good and convenient. The hotel is connected directly to the subway and you can access to any part of HK quickly even on a rainy day :)

    Don’t let the protests scare you

    Yes, the protests and riot police were right down the street from this hotel, but there is nothing to be afraid of. I did not see a shred of violence my entire stay. It’s very easy to avoid the crowd if you want. Just walk in the opposite direction. Hong Kong needs tourism more than ever thru these trying times. Show your support and get amazing deals on these hotels.

    Great staff and 10 for location!

    My husband and I came to HK as part of our honeymoon. We arrived late and a very kind young man upgraded our room. Although it was a smoking room the smell was bareable and was gone by the second day. It was so kind of them to upgrade us and their service was always spectacular. Their showers were always hot and beds were very comfortable. AC was always functioning and the best was the location, definitely a 10! Loved our stay at this hotel!
