Exceptional 10.0
Amazing
I have to start b y saying that I read reviews on several media platforms and was worried. I booked because of location to State Farm arena. This was a girls trip for the weekend to attend a concert. From the time we entered the valet parking until we left, I could not have been more happy with our stay. The line was a little long to check, however another employee came to get us to check us in at another counter. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was awkwardly laid out, but was perfectly fine. Our view was AMAZING! The restaurant Prime Meridian was also so good. All the staff and food was perfect. We ate there for dinner and breakfast. The waiter was knowledgeable and very courteous. The grounds felt safe and was quite. Anytime we had a question there were always plenty of employees within sight to ask and everyone was able to answer and help. The elevators were awful and most of the time we took the stairs. People were getting on and riding down to go up, therefore most of the time we were standing for 15+ minutes for an elevator. It was just easier for us all to take the stairs instead of waiting. For the amount of people checking in when we did, the elevator wait time was to be expected. Be prepared to pay $45 for Valet parking. Also, when you are ready to check out allow extra time for your car to be retrieved. All in all this was an amazing trip for my daughters 1st concert.

Parking charges be aware
If you stay here you can’t self park - they must valet park for you - $45.00 for regular vehicle & $ 55 for oversized vehicle ( pick up , suv ) . Be warned they put a hold on your card for $ 100 for any damages - no damages ? You get your $ 100 back LESS the valet charge ! Other than that it’s a wonderful hotel in a great location with lots of food drink and things to do in the heart of downtown Atlanta - we were on the 27th floor which was cool - we stayed one night for $ 99 so was worth it ! Only bad thing was parking

Not a well ran Hotel
There were only two working elevators. It took 20 minutes to be able to get on a elevator. The escalator was broken and couldn’t use it to get from lobby to main floor. We had to wait in the long elevator line. Another guest said they were at the hotel two weeks prior and they only had two working elevators then too. At check out we had to wait almost 2 hours to get our car from valet to leave. I will not be staying there again.

Probably not worth the price
Convenance to State Farm Arena was why I chose this hotel several times over the years, but I don’t think I’ll be back now. First, the two towers and elevator service is just too complicated and massive. We got off at the wrong place several times and the escalator was out of service. Elevator wait times after event was wayyy too long. Valet service (which was the only overnight option I could find for our car) was $45 and we had to wait thirty minutes for the car to be retrieved. There is no free WiFi either. Rooms are adequate but not really updated or modern. I’ve stayed in some really cool rooms for a lot less money than this. So, I’m not saying it was a bad experience or bad service, just not worth the money.
