smelly dirty rooms
Worst stay ever....rooms were smelly, stains on carpet, flies in room. The front desk lady was nice but of coarse she could not help in bad conditions of room.I will not recommend this hotel for even a single night stay ,the smell in the room is so harsh that you can hardly breathe.

For the price would stay there again.
Plus: Very friendly and helpful staff, hot breakfast with lots of options, inexpensive, comfortable bed. Minus: The air conditioner was very loud - like a semi idling outside the window, and the cable went off and on - very annoying.

HORRIBLE!!... I booked two rooms at this hotel because it had the highest guest rating but I'm not sure why. The balcony hallways leading to the room were very dirty cigarettes thrown everywhere and vomit on the wall down onto the carpet right by the door to our room. The light outside our room was out so it was very dark. Inside the room there was an outlet hanging out of the wall, a hole in the ceiling, stains on the carpet and sheets. The outlet near the restroom had burn marks on it and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The table and night stand were both covered in something very sticky. The ice machines were not working and the pool which was supposed to be heated was very very cold! The only thing good about our stay was Cindy at the front desk. She was very helpful and polite!

Entire room needed to be gutted and renovated! I wouldn't walk on carpet without shoes or take a shower. Pretty disgusting! In my haste to leave the next morning I left my medicine and i-phone charger. After calling several times to speak with someone in housekeeping, I was told to call back.. When I told them I was coming back to get my pill box and charger the next day, they were surprised as nobody had done that before. Thankfully, I did get my pillbox but not my original charger. I was offered one (generic) that had been left before but it was not an original i-phone charge like mine. Even though the front desk people were very nice, I felt as though they were covering the theft or incompetence of their cleaning staff. I wish I would have taken photos of room to share!
