The check in process and staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself looks nice on the surface but there are a lots of repairs that need to be made. The heat is stuck on in the entire building and the room was 80 degrees all night. Outside was 60 degrees. Even with windows open and AC on. Only 1 ice machine was working out of all 23 (floors). Towel rack was falling of the wall and the shower diverter kept falling down, as if it wanted me to take a bath. Overall, it’s a nice place but just needs some paint and repairs.

The stay was pretty good. The rooms were clean. We came at a time when it’s not usually this warm in the season and the air conditioning hasn’t been switched over from heat. The hotel was honest about it when we checked in. It was a little warm in the room but overall nice.

The hotel is old didn’t take cash and had no air. My room ran out of toilet paper. Housekeeping was gone for the day. Had to go to the front desk for toilet paper, sheets. There was little moving bugs in my bed the hotel never ever address my issue. The phone in the room did not work I had to keep going downstairs in lobby and stand in long line. Hotel is old and ghetto young ppl standing in and out of hotel. Poor customer service I left my prescription glasses in my room didn’t realize still I got home the phones at hotel isn’t going thru I email two different people bout my glasses haven’t heard from anyone. I hated my stay thumbs down I’m sooo pissed

Urine in the stair ways, holes in the wall, reeked of weed to the point it was in my room. Paid for multiple days for the tv pass and charged me 30 dollars for one movie. Sink was stopped before I got there. No trash bag in my trash can which was the only trash can in the room. Reconsider your stay
