Not recommended for extended stay
While the owner Ashu was pleasant and the staff tried to be very accomodating to our needs, unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for future bookings. The place is next to a main highway and we could hear the truck horns all night long. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed as even though they had just come back from the cleaners they had what appeared to be grease stains on them and the bedding was ripped in certain areas. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall that lead to the main hallway (it was designed this way). There would be no sense of privacy. My parents room was unclean and the backdoor opened to a patio where a temple was in the back. The bells from the temple could be heard in the room as well. We did not find we could have stayed there for more than the one night. It would be ok for someone travelling through Delhi but the location is not as convenient to anything of importance for an extended stay. Aside from this, the service was very good and the breakfast in the morning felt home-cooked.

This is a budget hotel. I stayed gere with my family for 2 days while on vacation in Delhi. The facilities are acceptable for a budget hotel. Our room was neat and clean and the staff treated us absolutely wonderful. The manager of the property went out of his way to make sure everything was great for us. I was very happy with my stay.
