Disappointed.
Disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
Rented one of the most expensive suites.
Room had no standard amenities, ( not sure if the cleaning crew failed here) leaving us to request toothbrushes at night. (24/7 room service supposedly)
At first were told they will be up in 30 minutes.
This ended up taking 1.5 hours just to tell us they couldn't find any. ( these seem to be standard amenities supposed to be present in the room , looking at the app of their hotel)
A few examples no conditioner no toothbrush set, no shaving kit. No combs. And for example double shampoo instead of the conditioner. (Not sure if any of you ever used just hotel shampoo but it isnt a great experience without the conditioner)
(We used the spa's one eventually and thus learned what was missing on our room)
On top of that we were never told that every time you get room service there is an additional 6 euro charge. ( funny enough this is not the case in the spa )
Giving us surprise fees at checkout.
Out of frustration with our experience we decided not to partake in the breakfast so in that regards no idea if its good.
The saving grace of our stay was the paid spa, where the employee was friendly kind and helpful.
At checkout there was also very little attention paid to the complaint about waiting that long.
All in all the room isnt bad the hotel looks pretty , but the service felt beyond lacking for a newly opened 5 star hotel.
