    Dirty and aggressively rude staff!
An absolute disgrace of an hotel!! Never again. The checkin staff were so utterly rude and aggressive when I presented my tax exempt card and they refused it. This is breaking the law and they were blaming hotels.com. It was not the fault of the booking engine. The hotel told us to deal with the booking engine and siad they would refund but the booking engine had paid them and the hotel kept the money and they shouldn't have. They took the taxes and kept it and said they won't refund it. They refused to even look at my cards at checkin. To reiterate it is law and the property must accept the tax exemption. The manager came out and was so aggressive at checkin, she continually spoke over me and refused to listen and then turned and walked away and sent someone else out. Absolute awful treatment. Totally disgraceful and humiliating! We were in the checkin line so long we noticed she was coming out regularly and being horribly rude and aggressive with everyone. She is supposed to be the manager and the face of the hotel. It was bad! Secondly I also booked a room with a view of the high roller and got shoved into a 3rd floor room with a view of the roof and the pipes. There were no toiletries and the room was just grubby with stains on the carpet. Rude staff, dirty hotel, just the worst stay in Vegas I have ever had!! Never ever again! People be wary!!

    Good 6.0
We stayed in the Mardi Gras tower, which is due to begin a renovation today (7/15). It definitely showed its wear. That being said, everything was clean and taken care of. Overall, we love staying at Harrahs.

    Good 6.0
    Just ok
Room was nice other than the fact there was No mini fridge in the room, bathroom shower no door. Spoke to a rude gentleman when we first arrived. One of those suck you in deals they throw at you. Guess he wasn't happy that we refused.

    BED BUGS STAY AWAY
Bed bugs. Was told by management that they would “investigate” and get back to me. Haven’t heard anything. I demanded to be compensated accordingly, they failed to agree. Never staying here again, nor am I ever visiting the casino again.

    Very Good 8.0
    Escape
We’ve stayed a few other times. This time we got to enjoy the pool and mimosas, but the lack of free lounge chairs was disappointing. Mostly you have to rent a cabana, which in my opinion were quite pricey (more than our room for the night). Piano bar was fun. We were just escaping Phoenix for a couple days so it served its purpose.
