This was a last minute booking to visit new grand daughter, the accommodation was fantastic, clean and warm, staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will visit again

Well located for Hayling Island visit
The location was right for us but we were dissapointed with the shower in the room. It had a very meagre amount of water that made showering very difficult. When mentioning this on departure it was meant with minimal interest and the excuse that previous people who have stayed in the room had not mentioned it. Surely the cleaner must use it to clean the shower!

Nice for the price, best for leisure not business
Was nice enough, plenty of free parking, clean, friendly staff. More suited to recreational visits, I was there on business and not serving breakfast until 8am is too late for many business trips. Walls were very thin so could hear speech in adjacent rooms, but not the end of the world. Overall was a pleasant place to stay for a reasonable price.
