Horrible experience
Horrible. The guy at the main desk offered us an upgrade to the executive suite. The experience was horrible, no proper isolation between the room, we spend the whole night awake hearing loud noises from upper floor and the room next to us. The housekeeping who handled our request to clean was so impolite. The team in general was not trained well for hospitality business. Ahmad at the front desk was good but he upgraded us to the worst noisy suite. I don't recommend it to anyone

Great location and staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was very good The pool area and beach is very nice and convenient however the dance music is played loud and repeated all day and on weekends extremely loud To loud for us by a DJ The only other bar Hemingway’s is very old and dated in its appearance but the staff were nice and polite food and drink is available and was reasonable quality and standard
