Paid a decent amount for a stay Sunday morning we had no water in our room since 8:30 am we couldn’t shower not use restroom we go outside and turns out no one had water in the hotel messaged the receptionist and was told we should have water by 10 am before we would check out at 11 we checked out at 11:15 and still had no water they were not able to accommodate us all we we’re told was to send a email so unprofessional! And to top it off me and my husband were celebrating our anniversary
