2/10 Poor

The place was rather run down. Toilet had cobwebs. Full of mold around the sink. Outdoor bathtub was extremely dirty. Bedsheets were torn. There were thousands and thousands of midges in the room during the night. Entire bed, room and ceiling were filled with them. Mosquito net provided was only enough to cover 30% of the bed. The worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.

4/10 Fair

Bad
Original room had an ant infestation. One of the front desk receptionists were rude whilst rectifying the situation. Food in the restaurant was abysmal. Chicken was too salty, omelette was overcooked, and the fish was too sweet.

Good location
Good location, walking distance to restaurants and cafe, and The resort offers river boat ride to the national park. But it was dirty and bugs and insets everywhere inside the room and bathroom... also, the room gets so cold at night

10/10 Exceptional

Charming bungalow on the river!
We wanted to visit the Erawan waterfalls and also wanted to stayed on the water, so the raft bungalow fits our need perfectly. There was one problem, the raft bungalow can only accommodate 3 people and we knew this before we booked. Even though we had a party of four, the manager was nice enough to make the situation work. We ended up paying for another person and squeeze everyone into the same bungalow. She speaks pretty good English. We didn't have to use Google translator with her. We were here during mid-October, so it's the tail end of the rainy season. One of the three nights we stayed, it rain so hard that Erawan National Park was closed the next day. We managed to go there for one whole day. Our stay included buffet breakfast which was good, especially since there not much food around and there's very limited transportation. The closest 7-Eleven is about a 15 minute walk away. Other food places are about the same distance, but mostly closed during off-season. For a small fee, the hotel does have a boat that drop us off at Erawan and pick us up at a set time or we can just call the front desk to pick us up anytime. The facilities are all adequate. The food was good. The pool water was too warm for us, so we swam mostly in the river. I posted a bunch of pictures from October 2019 on Google Map for this hotel. We had an enjoyable time here and would stay again, if we ever decided to go back to see the waterfall again.

2/10 Poor

Horrible hotel
Horrible hotel. Dirty room, nasty/no service, no isolation between room (a 5 am wake up with a 6 members family sleeping in one room), bad food. This is not a 3 stars hotel, at the best it is a low level guest house
