Great value for the area - with some caveats
Hotel tries to find a way to charge for everything - from late check out, to early check in, to nearly $60/day to park. Being in DC, I would expect the rooms to be more soundproof, but ALL noise from the street can be heard. That all being said, the hotel is very clean, very nice, and the rooms are pretty comfortable overall.

Good/convenient hotel
The room size was good, internet was fast, and food was decent. Exercise room was under construction when I went but they offered passes to local gym. It's a big hotel, so if you don't want to walk too far to your room, request something closer to the elevator.

Hotel was nice, all employees were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee should be available early in morning, and it should be complementary to guests who do not wish to sit and have breakfast. Valet parking was too expensive for multiple nights stay.

Class on a budget
Close to dc metro and all the sights ,I was skeptical at first but started to see the benefits of location . If your on a budget you can eat cheap breakfast At one of the big food chain shops like Dunkin . Lunch or dinner at either capital station mall or pentagon city mall is a must do . Get a weekly metro pass do about $40 and definitely ride a rental scooter if you want some true fun , find one outside the hotel and ride up to White House , monuments and the capital finishing to eat at the food court in the central station mall which is Amtrak station . Seriously , we loved it so much we plan to do it again . Thanks Hilton and god bless the protective services in dc , you feel a sense of comfort everywhere you go . Hope this helps

Nice hotel but terrible rude service
They failed to clean our room. Things like this happen, except that Brandon and Gabriel at the front desk concluded it was our fault. They begrudging and with much sarcasm sent someone with fresh towels etc. Worse was that Director Tim promised to make amends the next morning. Nothing. There are many other options nearby where you will be treated much better after returning to your room after a long day.
