i had no idea i was going to be charged 40 bucks a night for self parking my car on the property

The hotel was in a great area. Grounds are well kept. Staff were extremely friendly. Close to Seaworld. BUT....No amenities for what I paid per night!! I had to pay an extra $40 a night for parking! Had I known that I would have parked on the street. NO WIFI in room, NO Microwave!, Tiny refrigerator. The beds were full size, NOT queen like advertised. NO breakfast. There was a small uncomfortable couch but not a regular chair to sit on. You can see they have tried to update the hotel since it was built in 1963 but you can tell with poorly painted doors and popcorn ceilings. Overall our stay was nice but I will not stay there again because with small children, you need these other amenities.

Wonderful stay. I didn’t like that you had to pay a fee for each little thing though. Wifi was an extra fee. Parking was an extra fee. The website said there was a shuttle service to and from the airport...not the case.

It was a very nice resort stay. Rooms were spacious but bed was not very big or comfortable. The kid pool was freezing and no food to buy after 10:00pm. You had to buy a $7 coffee every morning

Structure is in bad shape Lights didn’t work at night Stairs had lots of cracks No elevators You had to pay for parking No overnight parking on street One jacuzzi didn’t work at all Staff were great / very delightful Decor in rooms were good Loved the large TV Room smelled / which someone came to spray clean solution But next day was the same!! Our room was expensive and didn’t get any discounts Wasn’t good enough for what we paid!!
