Waikiki Paradise
Great resort, room was clean and comfortable, staff was great and I was allowed to pay for early check in. Tons of restaurant options and stores on the resort. Lots of pools and right on the beach. Perfect views and great spot!

Good 6.0
Not worth the price
For the price I was not impressed. The rooms were ok, the bed was hard, and the price of food was ridiculous. The beach was nice, the pools freezing, and staff walked right past you without saying hi or smiling. It was not dirty but was not super clean either. The halls had sand and trash, there were fingerprints everywhere, and check in took 45 minutes. There were only 5 people in front of us . We booked our tours there which was convenient . They all had a pickup at our location so that saved us from having to rent a car. I wouldn’t pay for the oceanfront room again due to the price and nothing special about the room.

Pros and Cons
1st of all the setting of the resort is amazing. This was our first stay here. Upon check we had the up sell for upgraded room. We accepted. We were disappointed that we were not offered help with our baggage and given what I considered vague directions on how to get to the room from the check in desk.Again , a very large resort. The room itself was dated , but had an amazing view. Door stop was falling off and dragging on the floor. Bathroom fan did not work. The light on the desk didn’t work. Not the resorts fault, but many times smelled cigarette and pot smoke- heavy pot smoke. Usually at this price point I would expect bottled water ,bidet, and body lotion.Over all it was a good stay. The staff was friendly and we would probably stay again

Everything was amazing, pools and location was great - only complaints were the pillows - very flat

The rooms and the resort are great. Check-in and check-out is a nightmare. Not enough attendants to handle volume. Lines extremely long. took over half hour

Would absolutely go again!
Friendly staff, gorgeous facility. Super happy with our stay. The bed was a little sloped towards the middle and the air conditioner in our room got a bit loud/whistles but otherwise everything was awesome. Seriously such a beautiful resort.

Hotel in General it’s very clean, very friendly environment. The beds aren’t the best and the pillows are way to soft, you would imagine for the price you are paying the comfort would be a primary things they would focus but they don’t.It has great views and a restaurant called Tropics that has the best service and great delicious food.
