Hiltons just ain’t what they used to be.
Basic needs met, but didn’t live up to the Hilton name unless Hiltons just aren’t what they used to be. Took 45+ minutes for a hairdryer and blanket to be brought to the room. The breakfast kiosk, which was part of the restaurant, had the lights out but we needed a little something - just fruit and yogurt. Front desk told us the restaurant could sell it to us. Restaurant told us no. We asked a second restaurant employee and she said of course she would. Then it was 28 bucks for a yogurt and a cup of fruit. Welcome to the Hilton. Bed was comfortable, room seemed clean.
