Not good at all, on the second day there was a fire in the office. So thier was no clean lienen for that whole day, also they said they didn't do maid service of any kind and the furniture and carpet were in poor condition and stained.

Good enough...I guess. The bonus is the space. We travel with young children, so always nice they can have space to move around. Also a bonus that we can prepare our own meals while traveling. HOWEVER...could use major deep cleaning. My kids white socks were ruined. Went and bought them slippers to wear in order to save their remaining socks. The stovetop needed cleaned. The hot water only stays hot for one shower at a time...cant use the uostairs and downstairs shower at the same time. Space 30min between showers to actually have a hot shower. There were dead ants in the cabinets. Killed a cricket. Upon check in I saw that they were converting the property to apartments...probably for the best because they obviously cant keep up with proper cleaning. I had to do a good cleaning before we could get comfortable in the space. I definitely kept our clothes inside the suitcases.

Stay Away!
Overall it was really bad experience. Here are the highlights: 1. When I arrived around 9:45 PM the check-in office was closed. Another person showed up a few minutes later to do the same. There was a sign on the door showing that office hours were until 11PM. It wasn’t 11 yet but a number was posted so I called. After trying that number 20 times I looked up a national Sonesta customer care number. They called the property and then a few minutes later a lady drives up. No apologies for us waiting. I told her I had been waiting 20 minutes at that point with little response. 2. Our room was in the backside of the property. There were multiple groups of people, probably 15-20 people total, just hanging out in the parking lot and in cars smoking. The smell of weed was apparent and I felt less than comfortable getting to our room with my 13 year old son. 3. The toilet paper and paper towel rolls were open and half used. Nothing says we didn’t really clean your room like not even changing out the paper goods. 4. There was no shower curtain. We showered anyway. Sorry for all the water on the floor. 5. There was a visible roach trap under the bathroom counter. 6. The apartment style complex is residential wood framed and the wood squeaked with every move that the people in the unit above us made. There must be zero sound insulation between floors.

This was an awful stay!
Stay elsewhere! We booked two rooms for two nights. They put us on opposite sides of the property, the couch doesn’t pull out so the double suite does NOT sleep six, we got two towels and two pillows for rooms that are supposed to sleep six people and they would not give us more. No on site management if there is an issue. I just got my credit card statement and they somehow charged MY card again instead of the third party card hotels.com gives them. Furnishings are getting older and wearing down. We stayed here in 2020 and liked it but this last trip was a disaster. Just a complete mess start to finish. We won’t be back.

Pass it by, the pictures are not what you get!
This was one of the worst stays from Hotels.com ever. The check in was pleasant and Patrice was helpful. When we got to our unit which was advertised to sleep 6, there were 2 double beds and a couch with no sleeper bed. Not sure how 6 would fit in there. Luckily we only had 4. We noticed there were only two towels. So when we checked to get more, we were told that they were out and could only get them in the morning. What hotel runs out of towels?? The door frame on our unit was barely hanging on and the neighborhood was sketchy at best. We won’t be staying with them again and I would urge others not to as well.

I loved the set up and the idea of it but there was a water leak under the sink the hot water was messing up so we ended up taking cold showers the dish washer didnt work and they have no breakfest or even just a snack nothing had to even pay 20 for our liens to be washed and we only stayed a week?
