Someone was smoking marijuana in the room next to ours so our whole room smelled like it and we had to small children with us. When I brought it up to the front desk they said they would write my name and room number down so I wouldn't be charged the $200 smoking fee. That really upset me because we were not the ones doing it. Plus, the elevators can barely fit a family of four in them.

Hotel was in a great location and everything was in walking distance. We will book this hotel the next time we attend an event near the Georgia Dome....

Okay Hotel
Our stay was okay. The room was very clean but small. The pillows were not comfortable - I would recommend bringing your own. Great location for many activities. We walked everywhere. The breakfast was great and so were the kitchen employees. They were extremely helpful and cheerful. The valet was also quite friendly and helpful even though he was very busy. However, the front desk employees could take a few pointers from the other employees. Not one smile or greeting upon check-in or check-out. They looked miserable and were not friendly. Overall, I would stay here again, but I will hope to get better service at check-in next time. (At least a smile or a "Hello.")

comfortable, nice staff, good value
The bed was very comfortable, and there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room (no creamer, though, so I had to go downstairs to get some). The breakfast was good (cereal, oatmeal, eggs with cheese, bisquits, pancakes, muffins) and the coffee station had tea and various creamers which was nice. The A/C facing fell off in my room in the middle of the night, but the repair guy came right up, even at 2:45 am, and fixed it. There was a stepstool and some tools left in the 2nd floor hallway for 2 days, which was weird, but not in the way. The walls were thin so when my neighbors stayed up talking most of the night, I could hear most of it, but I turned on the tv and couldn't hear them anymore, so it wasn't awful. The room was comfy, but there was no desk, which was disappointing since I was on a business trip. Also, the whole hotel is narrow- the elevators, the hallways, the breakfast room- so when there were a lot of people who arrived all at once, it felt overwhelmingly crowded; the staff handled it beautifully, though, and were nice and helpful. The hotel was downhill and about 5 or so blocks from the conference hotel for me, so I ended up taking Uber back and forth rather than walking up and down the hill. I was able to walk over to the Civil Rights Museum on the last day, though, which isn't far (worth the trip!!). Of note- make sure you know the address of the hotel or can find it on a map if you use Uber or Lyft, since the maps couldn't find the hotel reliably.
