Nice property
Apartment was perfect for what we needed. Checking in and out were fairly easy. Parking isn't ideal as there are no assigned spots and parking garage is expensive. Living room furniture was hard, but beds were extremely comfortable. Very convenient to anything we could need. Amenities were closed due to virus, but will hopefully stay again once they reopen as the look incredible. Overall very enjoyable stay.

very clean and very upscale place in a nice area. I can't believe how affordable it was. the only thing I was disappointed by was the 24 dollars a day to park that they don't mention anything about. for sure got my moneys worth when it comes to the room.

Overpriced parking and cleaning fees
I booked this at a super discounted rate, but ended up paying more than I would have at a hotel with more amenities (free breakfast, etc). This property is breathtaking, though. Spacious, great view, modern decor, nice bathroom and kitchen. I was upset that parking is so expensive. Why don't people staying overnight get a discounted rate or something? I paid close to a hundred for 2 night's parking - ridiculous. I've paid less in downtown Charlotte for longer stays. Also was frustrated that the app didn't show the cleaning fee, so I was charged quite a bit more than I should have for booking. Was told by Stay Alfred that hotels.com will be reimbursing since it's their error, but not able to get through to them on the phone. None of the apps on SmartTV worked and couldn't get in touch with Stay Alfred because of COVID-19. I had to use my Hotspot and disconnect from Stay Alfred's wifi to use Netflix. I asked for late checkout and was told no because the cleaners needed 4 hours to clean the room, then Stay Alfred stopped responding to my texts.

Excellent property. The area around the property was nice as well. Located just a few blocks off the downtown area. This is great because you have immediate access to downtown, but can avoid the traffic.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. The apartment/hotel room was soooooo adorable and clean and smelled so pretty. I love the way to check in without having to talk to anyone at the front desk. The entire facility is sooooooo nice and I loved the fact that it’s pet friendly. I got to meet a new pup almost every time I took the elevator. It made my day!

Great Location!
So far I’ve had a pleasant stay at this location. It was a little spooky at first learning that a murder had taken place weeks before my arrival. But after gathering some information, I learn a little more about the situation and concluded it’s more rare than probable. Just be prepared to pay for parking.
