Asked for a $50 deposit per room. Not mentioned on website. Room was not clean and had a distinct odor when we walked in. Bedspreads were patched and didn't look too clean

Terrible front desk person. Terrible. We are moving from California to North Carolina we booked an online reservation. Due to accidents on the route we didn’t arrive until close to 4 am. No fault of the motel however around 10 :35 am we called to ask for a little time (late checkout) which all motel 6 are understanding when needed. He said flat out no, even if we came at 5 am we would still get a no and needed to be out by 11. Thanks Mr Patel

The rooms we stayed in were terrible. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The floors were so dirty the bottom of our feet were black. Cable was almost unwatchable. No blow dryer. This room wasn’t worth the he money we paid. Our room keys stopped working several times. The service at the front desk seemed nice to fix the keys but the overall motel stay was terrible.

Nasty, -Unclean- unprofessional, not friendly
This was my second time staying at motel for a business trip. The representative at the window upon checking at this time did not provide great customer service. I was under the impression of having a great stay at this motel on a business trip because the pricing was reasonable. However, he had an attitude and wasn’t friendly. His overall demeanor was just not expected of staying at a hospitality domain, I wanted to feel appreciated but I did not feel as if I was an important customer. My stay was a little bit over four nights, so a substantial amount of time so the issue was also the guest fee and wanted me to contact hotels.com and he was like third-party third-party and cause I was questioning about why you were charge me for the first night then he proceeded to say I can go to another hotel but upon checking my account all the remainder of the nights were charge on my credit card, and then he didn’t have any questions with it. All he kept saying was contact hotels.com third-party third-party we don’t receive in at the money, which I did disagree with. I will not be returning back to this motel on any future business trips as the rooms were un clean. They smelled of smoke and I was on a business trip I have pictures to show that this motel was not within reason of cleanliness as there were stains on my sheets. -unprofessional

staff isnt so friendly. no early check in. checking out they tried to say that i wasnt who rented the room and didnt want to give me back my $50 cash deposit. i did get it back after about 20 minuetes of arguing. the room was ok but the tv did not work that well at all.
