The room looked like it was about 20 years old. Wall paper falling off the wall. Paint chipping and falling off. Dusty items. Cracked shower wall. No coffee, creamer or sugar for the Keurig. Backing falling off the big mirror in the bathroom. Corners were cracked and material falling off. Ceiling where bed is is cracked. Bathroom ceiling cracked and peeling from an over flowed tub form the upstairs tub.
Gross. That should be all I have to say, however I have a 50 character minimum.
Really, really awful experience. We got a King Suite room with a pullout sofa. The room was gross. The carpet was filthy and stunk, and there was clearly a hole in the floor that had just been carpeted over...? The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The bathtub had something brown and gross stuck to it and the drain didn’t close so you couldn’t fill the tub. They gave us one (1) towel for 4 people. The fan didn’t work (probably because it was caked in dust). The pull-out couch unfolded to a bare, dirty old mattress and I had to chase down bedding for it. I went down to the front desk and they gave me sheets and then asked “if I want a blanket”. Uh, yes...? They handed me a comforter with a big yellow stain that did not smell clean. Only a couple outlets worked, but they had extension cords in the room so that was thoughtful. The lights in the kitchenette didn’t work. The TV kept randomly turning off. If I had not just driven 500 miles with small children, we wouldn’t have stayed. Just a really awful, awful experience.
Hotel staff was very helpful. They got me ice from a different floor among other things. The room was very clean and was set up for assistance, and it was helpful to me. All staff were wearing masks and keeping social distance.
this is a nice quite hotel and the staff is always very helpful
Water leaking in bathroom all over the floor. The mini fridge was not cooling at all. Bed was hard as a rock.
It was a very nice and clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again.
The hallway smelled off mildew or just plain had a horrible order, that bathroom is disgusting , the room itself had an odor and it was hot the temp was not regulated for comfortably which made the room have an odor,
Tis NOT a good place for a weekend. It’s in a complex filled w/office buildings. NO near by restaurants. Due to COVID the attached restaurant was closed. The Burger King & Subway within a block we’re also closed. I ended up w/gas station meal. The hotel is obviously older & tired looking too. I will not stay again.
Perfect stopping point for long drive across country. Friendly staff and animal friendly.
