All in all, not a bad place to spend the evening.
When I checked in, The room they gave me was not made up, so they gave me a second one, which was also not made up. The third one was fine. The staff was great during the whole thing and apologized profusely. Maintenance on the property could be a little better. Wallpaper peeling in the common areas etc.... All in all, not a bad place to spend the evening, and a good value for the price I paid.

IT WAS NASTY, no breakfast, THE CITY CLOSED THE POOL SO MY KIDS COULDNT SWIM.. HOTELS.COM STATED THEY HAD A POOL DNT BELIEVE IT

Pros: Staff person Stacey was wonderful! Friendly and personable! Bed was confortable, room was roomy except for toilet area. Cons: When taking a shower, it became obvious that the drain was clogged. I was standing in 2-3 inches of what looked like dirty/hairy water...gross. I had to wash my feet after taking a shower. It took about a half hour for the water to drain. There was mildew on the seams/caulking of the tub and mold on the upper wall. There was no working vent for the moisture in the shower/toilet area. No courtesy shampoo. The breakfast was terrible. The decaf coffee was room temperature, the waffle batter was runny and lumpy. It made the waffle spongy. There was no apple juice. Not worth the moneys we paid!

It started out great .They accepted my oxygen delivered.The negitive part was trying to get new towels and my room touched up by making my bed and vacuum.I checked into my room on the 29th . There was a few issues but a Brandy took care of it. Even after asking the front desk and talking to the head of house keeping . She assured me my room would be done. 9 pm on the 30 no maid service . front desk gave me new towels.July 1 after returning from where i needed to go .My room still not done. Finally after aaking again and again .I had someone make my bed and place to hand towels an 1 shower towel. The hotel was full all the nights i was there. .Still no excuse for not cleaning without having to ask more than once .I overheard another guest was also having problems gerting her room taken care .
