Nice room & lobby. Chair had stain & shower curtain didn’t work (because of rod) so water went everywhere. No breakfast and nowhere really close except Dunkin’. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel in transition
There was no maid service. Women at front desk was friendly and very apologetic. Restaurant was closed due to lack of help. Pool was closed and green. We have stayed here before and loved it and were looking forward to our return and were greatly disappointed.

4/10 Fair

Very dirty unkept hotel with potential
The hotel has potential but is old and dirty. There weren’t many amenities offered on the website actually available. The restaurant was closed all the time and the lounge was only open Thursday through Saturday. I was there sun-thurs. The business center did not have a printer available, the pool which has potential was extremely dirty and unavailable to use. And the rooms itself was terribly dirty. The furniture was all extremely old and damaged, the rug had stains, there was a significant layer of dust and dirt all along the corner of the floor against the walls and in the corners, the chair in the room had so much debris and dirt stuffed between the arm and the cushion it was unusable, The headboard had stains, the pillows had drool stains on them, there was no good mattress protectors on the beds, although the mattresses seemed clean but had hair from previous guests on them, The bathroom vent was so full of dust and debris it was disgusting, the ceiling had chipping paint and plaster, The TV was cracked on the frame, and the two large guitar art pieces by the front door have been used as ashtrays. The hotel has potential if somebody would actually clean it and maintain it properly. The employees were all very friendly but clearly housekeeping is not doing their job here. And why would you not offer customers Maxwell house coffee when the hotel was built by the Maxwell House family?! It seems to me like they missed a potential marketing Tie in with that one.
