Ok for what we needed; a place to sleep.
My wife and I were driving through and stayed the night. We liked the shuttle to and from Broadway. The hotel room itself was ok. It felt a little outdated and the light above the bathroom sink flickered. Bed was comfortable. After returning from Broadway, we went to the bar to grab a drink and hopefully some food but it seemed very disorganized and we(along with others) weren’t sure if we sat down and waited to be served or had to go to the bar itself, which was packed.

Millennium Maxwell, you get what you pay for
Our room was not ready when we arrived. We settled for a handicap room. Slightly outdated, as there was no way to prevent shower water from running through the bathroom. Also, had some spiders and centipedes in our room where you could tell the molding around the window needed to be replaced. The restaurants were understaffed for breakfast and dinner (but it was Memorial Day weekend). The service was excellent for being shorthanded. I was very pleased with the staff and the free shuttle downtown was a bonus.

We picked this hotel based on price and proximity to downtown because it was the long weekend and everything was booked. The staff was friendly enough and we were able to check in early which was nice but our room was less than desirable. Definitely worn, which is fine, but when we walked in our room the smell was horrendous. It smelled completely rotten and we quickly discovered it was because there was a major leak in front of the bathroom sink and water was coming up through the carpet. We spoke with one person at the front desk who advised us not to worry, we wouldn’t be charged for any damages as they knew we didn’t cause the leak, which was quite obnoxious, because they knew the room was leaking and had guests stay in it anyways. He did say he’d tell someone to come look at it. No one ever did, so we went down and someone else at least gave an apology but the best we got out of that was extra towels to sop up the pool of water forming in front of the bathroom sink. The AC unit sounded like a jet taking off every time it decided to come on, so sleep was impossible. Less than impressed with this place.

I'd stay there again...
This place is good, overall. A few things sort of bothered me, like them not having a room with a kingsized bed which I had reserved (they did find us one, eventually), and two of the three elevators were not working during our stay. These things happen, I guess. The free shuttle downtown, free (and plenty of) parking, and the in-house bar and restaurant are very convenient. It's clean (though on the older side), but you're not in an area where you'd really want to take a walk around. Takes less than 10 minutes to get to a lot of the attractions the city has to offer. Careful of having a room near the pool as folks like to stay up late partying there and it kept us up most the night (guess I'm getting old). We've stayed here twice and will probably stay here again.
