We like to stay with our dogs here.
We have two dogs stayed with us in the local. The room we spent two nights are quite convenient in terms of getting in/out of the building. The service is quite pleasant.

Great stay. decided to stay an extra night due to great service and value. The staff was very helpful. The security at hotel was great. the building was very clean. Front desk help us get to were we needed to be. gave us maps and suggestions on how to get to places. The breakfast was good. We liked that it started so early,as it help us get an earlier start with our day and we were able to see more of the city.

Using mass transit in downtown Seattle.
The property is surrounded by construction cranes because it is in the heart of the Amazon bldg. boom area. Our room faced the construction sight and all we could see out our window were huge holes in the ground and cranes in various stages of construction.. That was fine; the problem was getting to the hotel with so many streets blocked off and traffic in that area is a nightmare. We were told there are between 40 &50 cranes in downtown Seattle at this time: the most of any city in the U.S. We parked in the underground facility and never moved the car until we left the hotel. Mass transit is one block away. We took the trolley on Westlake Lake Union. It was one block from the hotel. We had lunch at Dan's Broiler and then toured the Museum of History and Industry(MOHAI). Both are situated on Lake Union. It would be crazy to try and drive anywhere in the city at this time. On the return we took the trolley back passed our hotel to Westlake Center Mall. From there we went upstairs and took the Monorail over to Seattle Center. $ 2.50 r.t. for adults. Our goal was to visit the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum about 300 feet from where you get off the Monorail; Tickets are $26.00 for adults & $21.00 for seniors. We live in Tacoma which has the original Chihuly Glass Museum which has art, glass and a working kiln you can visit. The Garden of Glass is like a huge terrarium inside a quonset hut style . It has variety of plants as well as some of Dale's glass sculptures.
