For the money this is a great place. It's 2000's chic decor is aging a bit. Beds are comfy and the view of (and proximity to) Navy Pier is fabulous.

Disappointing Anniversary Trip
The pics promised a high end experience. What we got was a small room, big window, and an ok bed, few amenities in the room. It's 2023, why isn't the room filled with USB outlets, and working outlets (some of ours didn't). We're all traveling with electronics. No microwave, no coffee maker and no refrigerator - but a sticker on a cabinet letting us know we could ask for one. The narrowest of hallways between the door and the main area. The bathroom had a minimum amount of vanity space. Had to keep items in my suitcase. Kudos to the staff in the bar! We spent time there and it was well worth it - great service and great drinks. It wasn't bad, just really disappointing.

Ehhhhhh
We show up at 5:30 and they tell us all the king rooms are booked, they overbooked so we had to get a twin room. They said they would comp us $50 for the bar, and when we went to get a crown and Coke and a Tito's vodka they were out of Crown and they were out of Titos's.... remind you this is 5:30pm on a Saturday, so we got two generics and they were $33 for two single mixed drinks, that tasted like crap.
